Transforming a Former Sports Complex into a Glamping Paradise


Turning a former sports complex into a luxurious glamping experience was an exciting and intense journey, and one that I was proud to lead from concept to completion. Was such a wonderfull experience but at the same time a real and big challenge. I represented the private inverstor, bringing the idear to open a glamping for the former sportcenter, property of the local administration. Was absolutly not easy because of the several rules to follow but the good cooperation between the commune and the private owner put the wings to the project and got it flying. This project required not only creativity and vision but also a deep understanding of the Italian system—its regulations, laws, and local customs.

Navigating the complexities of the Italian bureaucracy was challenging, but with my local knowledge and strong connections, I was able to streamline the process and keep the project moving forward. Every step, from securing permits to ensuring compliance with the various regulations, was carefully managed.

The result is a unique glamping experience that blends comfort, nature, and Italian charm. It’s a space where guests can disconnect and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings, all while knowing that every detail—from the layout to the final design—was thoughtfully crafted.
